2. What we collect
When you use our AI Holistic Business Analyzer we store your e-mail address, the challenge you describe, the AI-generated analysis, the language and a timestamp. When you use our contact form we store the name, e-mail and message you submit.
3. Why we use it (legal basis)
We process this data based on your explicit consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) in order to generate the analysis, follow up on your enquiry and improve our services. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
4. Sharing & sub-processors
Your prompt is sent to Google's Gemini model via the Lovable AI Gateway purely to generate the response. Submissions are stored in our managed cloud database (Supabase, EU region). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Retention
Submissions are kept for up to 24 months for follow-up and quality purposes, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet). Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with row-level security. Access is restricted to authorised J&P personnel.
8. Cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies by default. Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only if you consent in the cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time:
